There have been clinical trials inquiring into the use of Viagra for women to treat female sexual dysfunction. the results haven't suggested that Viagra is at all reliable for use by women, because the way women get aroused is a bit different than for men. For women, she can be mentally aroused, but not physically. Or she can be physically aroused, but not mentally. Eat dinner no later than three hours before you go to bed. When you slumber, so does your digestive process, so if you eat a sandwich an hour or so before falling asleep, you’ll wake up each morning with it undigested in your own stomach. This often causes one to feel too full to manage breakfast, meaning you starve your whole body until lunch, having a detrimental relation to the rate of your metabolism.

Man up. Studies show that women binge on food more compared to men and, when food decisions are emotional, it’s a food for disaster. Instead, eat tiny amounts when you’re hungry, certainly not when you’re bored or sad, and once a week day the girls for beer along with pizza – you’ve earned it.

Women's sexual problems have many different causes and can be more complicated. Most women will experience periods in their life were their libido will be low or completely gone. Experiencing this is normal because there are many factors that can come to play in a women's life. These factors can include hormonal changes such as post pregnancy and pre menstrual, illnesses, physical, psychological, emotional such as stress, and so on. If your sexual problems are making you uncomfortable you should not be afraid to get help. Depending on what the problem is there are some great Viagra for women alternatives available.

A women's sexual desire can vary a great deal. No sex drive means that you have no desire or do not want to have sex at all. If this is happening constantly then it can be a problem. If you have a low sex drive, that means you don't have much of a desire for sex but you might engage in it once in a while. If you feel like this continuously, it can be an issue. If barely having sex does not bother you a bit then that is quite fine. However, if you're not happy with your lack of desire and enjoyment then it is okay to get medical help.

The high quality herbal pill formulas actually act similar to men's Viagra. The same way that Viagra increase the blood flow to a men's penis, the women's version also directs blood flow and allow clitoral engorgement.
